As a chip seller, we attach great importance to customer satisfaction and service quality, and our return policy is to protect customer rights and optimize customer experience. Below is our return policy.
We will accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product has quality problems;
- The product does not match the customer's order;
- The customer has not used the product and the product has not expired;
- Other circumstances require special circumstances for returns.
Return requests must be submitted within 10 working days of receipt of the product, and we will review the request within 3 working days. Once approved, we will refund or exchange according to customer requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any return request, and we reserve the right to refuse a return request if the customer has not complied with the provisions of this returns policy.
If the product received by the customer has quality problems, the customer can submit a return application within 10 working days after receiving the product, and attach relevant quality problem proof materials (such as pictures, videos, etc.). We will review the application within 3 working days, and if we confirm the product quality problem, we will provide refund or replacement service.
Does not match the order
If the product received by the customer does not match the customer's order, the customer can submit a return application within 10 working days after receiving the product, and attach the order and delivery receipt certification materials. We will review the application within 3 working days, and if it is confirmed to be our mistake, we will provide refund or exchange service.
If the reason why the customer needs to return the product does not belong to the above situations, the customer can submit a return application within 10 working days after receiving the product. We will review the application within 3 working days. If it is confirmed that the product can be returned, we will provide a refund or exchange service, but the customer needs to bear the shipping costs related to the return.
Customers are required to provide the following information when submitting a return request:
- order number;
- product name and quantity;
- reasons for return;
- Contact name, phone number and email address.
We will review the return application and inform the customer of the return result within 3 working days. If the return application is approved, the customer needs to send the product back to our designated address in the original packaging and protective packaging materials. Once we have confirmed receipt of the product and confirmed that the product is in good condition, we will provide a refund or exchange within 5 working days.
Customers need to pay attention to the following:
- Returned products must be intact and must not be opened, used, damaged or marked;
- The returned product must match the return order number provided by us;
- Customers need to keep the product properly to prevent damage during return transportation;
If the product is damaged during the return process due to customer reasons (such as not properly packaged as required), the customer needs to bear the corresponding costs.
We will do our best to ensure the quality and integrity of the products we sell. If product quality problems are caused by the product itself, we will take corresponding responsibilities and provide refund or exchange service. However, we are not responsible for the return problem caused by the customer's own reasons (such as product damage caused by the customer's failure to use, store or transport the product according to the regulations, etc.), and the customer needs to bear the relevant responsibilities and expenses.
We will strictly abide by this return policy to provide customers with fast, efficient and high-quality services. We reserve the right of final interpretation of this return policy and have the right to adjust or modify this policy without prior notice to customers.
